2. Services Rendered
All services provided by Goodly Growth LLC will commence only upon receipt of full payment. The initiation of any project, campaign, or other marketing services will begin at this time.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for services are due upfront. Goodly Growth LLC operates on a monthly billing cycle, and payments are required in advance for each month’s services. Once payment is received, services will be rendered according to the agreed-upon scope of work.
4. Credit Card Authorization
By providing your credit card information to Goodly Growth LLC, you are authorizing us to charge your card for the agreed-upon services on a recurring monthly basis. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your services according to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 5. Providing your credit card information is considered a legal signature and serves as your consent to these recurring charges.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all monthly payments are non-refundable. This applies to all services provided by Goodly Growth LLC, including but not limited to digital marketing, content creation, SEO, CRM integration, and advertising campaigns. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their services up to one (1) business day prior to the renewal date of their monthly billing cycle. To cancel, you must contact us in writing at service@goodlygrowth.com. If cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the service will automatically renew for the following month, and you will be charged accordingly.
7. SMS Messaging Terms (Texting Program)
Program Name and Description:
Goodly Growth Alerts
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Goodly Growth regarding account updates, service notifications, lead alerts, marketing tips, promotional offers, and scheduling reminders.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. Upon receiving your STOP message, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions:
To rejoin the messaging program, you may opt-in again via our website or any signup method originally used. We will then resume sending SMS messages to you.
Help Instructions:
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or contact our support team directly at service@goodlygrowth.com.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer:
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates Disclaimer:
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
